Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of BOARD at brd.ing (the "Service"), operated by Rainn Inc. ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

BOARD is an AI-powered photo editing tool that detects objects in your photos and lets you remove, replace, or alter them. The Service runs in your web browser and processes edits using AI models hosted on our infrastructure.

Accounts

You may need to create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Credits and Payment

BOARD uses a pay-per-edit pricing model:

• New accounts receive 5 free credits.
• Additional credits are purchased in packs. Each edit consumes one credit.
• Credits never expire.
• There are no subscriptions and no recurring charges.
• All credit purchases are final. Refunds are issued at our discretion for technical failures where a credit was consumed but no usable result was delivered.

Your Content

You own your images. Uploading a photo to BOARD does not grant us any ownership or license to use that photo beyond what is necessary to process your edit. We do not store, share, or use your photos for AI training. See our Privacy Policy for details on how photos are handled.

You represent that you have the right to upload and edit any photos you submit to the Service. You are responsible for ensuring your use of edited photos complies with applicable laws.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Create, distribute, or facilitate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
• Generate deceptive media intended to mislead, defraud, or harass.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, extract, or replicate our AI models.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, its infrastructure, or other users' access.
• Use automated systems to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable use.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, AI models, and branding, is owned by Rainn Inc. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the right to use the Service as intended.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that edits will be perfect, that the Service will be uninterrupted, or that results will meet your specific requirements. AI-generated results may occasionally be imperfect or unexpected.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rainn Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify users via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts located in San Diego County, California.
