For anything — bug reports, refund requests, feature ideas, account or credit issues, App Store questions — email hello@brd.ing. We aim to reply within one business day, often the same day.
When emailing about a specific edit or upload, it helps to include:
- The email or sign-in method tied to your account.
- A short description of what you tried and what you expected.
- A screenshot, if the issue is visual.
- Whether you were on web or the iOS app.

Refunds
If a credit was consumed but no usable result was delivered, email us with the details and we'll issue a refund. For App Store purchases on iOS, you can also request a refund directly from Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com.
Account, privacy, and data
To delete your account or request the data we hold, email hello@brd.ing from the address tied to your account. We don't retain your photos — they are deleted immediately after each edit. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Status
If the editor isn't loading or edits are failing across the board, it's likely an outage on our side. The fastest signal is to email us — we'll reply once service is restored, and refund any failed edits.
